  I've been going to Bricco Bracco for years. It has been my favorite spot. Today is my birthday and I have had multiple birthday dinners there. Tonight the service was very slow, there were several servers and only about 10-11 tables occupied.
  
  We started with bruschetta and the baguette slices were burnt and as hard as a rock. I had the eggplant parmesan stack and it was over cooked as well as the penne pasta. Just mush, I had to scoop it with my fork. It was a very disappointing experience I didn't finish anything set before me. The ONLY redeeming quality was our server, it took a long time to get food and I didn't have a refill but she was very sweet and obviously trying her best.
  
  I really have loved Bricco Bracco, this was a real bummer.
