- 1 / 5By John BlackThere's so many reasons to go eat Yamato and tonight they let me down. First of all Grille was dirty and the salt pepper shakers felt like they had some kind of grease on them. Someone changed the recipe for the soy dressing for the salad I usually enjoy. The new dressing recipe is terrible. Our Chef was good but overcooked my scallops and then turned my steak into bite-size mincemeat. Overall I love eating Hibachi and my experience here tonight was disappointing to say the least.March 12, 2017
